Early Summer Sourwood Honey

This honey variety is from frames that were partly filled by the bees with capped honey from the spring bramble flow and filled the rest of the way with sourwood.  It is a light confectionary honey that will partially crystallize as it ages. 

Every batch of our raw unfiltered honey is curated for maximum flavor and terroir.  We crush and strain our honeycomb, instead of using an extractor, and never indiscriminately mix honey varieties, so the honey you are tasting is as authentic as possible, exactly as the bees made it!

One pint plastic jar.  Approximately 23 ounces by weight.  The picture shows "16 ounces", but that was a labeling error that will be corrected on future jars.
