This fully crystallized variety comes from wild fruit trees, like black cherries and Bradford pears. It has an even medium crystal texture, and flavor is fruity with just a hint of fermentation.

Every batch of our raw unfiltered honey is curated for maximum flavor and terroir. We crush and strain our honeycomb, instead of using an extractor, and never indiscriminately mix honey varieties, so the honey you are tasting is as authentic as possible, exactly as the bees made it!
