Spring Light Amber Honey
This variety is traditional in flavor, mildly fruity with some cool notes. It is crystal clear, not very viscous, and the bees only collected an extremely limited quantity of it. This is from an unknown spring nectar source.
Every batch of our raw unfiltered honey is curated for maximum flavor and terroir. We crush and strain our honeycomb, instead of using an extractor, and never indiscriminately mix honey varieties, so the honey you are tasting is as authentic as possible, exactly as the bees made it!
